What began as a small home practice has grown into a collaborative wellness space, bringing together a diverse team of practitioners who share a passion for helping people.

Our team of chiropractors and allied health practitioners works together with you, looking beyond symptoms to understand the deeper patterns that effect how you move, feel & function. Through chiropractic care, nutritional guidance, remedial massage, holistic energetic kinesiology, Spinal Flow Technique, and Ayurvedic principles, we support healing on a physical, emotional, and nervous system level.

Opening in 2025, our studio space was created to allow care to extend beyond the treatment room and into everyday life. From educational workshops to yoga, breathwork, and more, we believe true wellbeing comes from feeling empowered to discover what alignment looks like for you. Through education and connection, our aim is to show that healing is not something to be forced, but something that naturally evolves over time.
