Frequently asked questions

Dr Alex holding spine

Chiropractic is based on the fact that the nervous system is the master controller of the body. Your spine protects the delicate nerves as they exit the spinal cord and enter the body to communicate the vital information necessary for life.

Over time, we experience physical, chemical and emotional stressors, which interfere with this network, distorts our posture and the spine causing tension and stress on the nerves.

This distortion and loss of function is called Subluxation.

What we do is remove the roadblocks so the body can better perceive it’s needs.

When your body is aware you can heal, adapt and perform at your best.
We work with our hands, to restore balance to your nervous system.

We use a range of different techniques, tailored to the patients needs and comfort.
