Neuro-Emotional Technique

Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET) is a proven blend of the latest scientific research and centuries-old Eastern healing techniques. NET is a mind-body approach to help your nervous system rebalance any physiological reactions to mental & emotional stress.

Emotions are normal, healthy, body responses. Often in our life, especially if we are in a weakened state, these everyday stress responses may not resolve naturally. Later in life the old, negatively charged response patterns can kick back in. This leaves us reacting, both physically and emotionally, in ways that may not reflect our current situation.

This may show up in the present day as overt emotional reactions, muscle tension or pain, nutritional reactions – a whole range of different symptoms depending on how your nervous system was feeling at the time.

Neuro-Emotional Technique calls these unresolved stress patterns: Neuro Emotional Complexes. The technique uses a range of principles – kinesiology, skin reflex points, chiropractic, Traditional Chinese Medicine and more, to help release stuck patterns, rebalance the nervous system and reduce the physiological impact of stressors.

NET is a stress relieving tool that helps relieve stubborn or reoccurring mind/body patterns.

NET is most effectively used in the following ways:

  1. As a body-focused approach to clear Neuro-Emotional Complexes (NECs). These unresolved emotional pathways may be affecting the body’s ability to heal itself. NET can be used as a safe, effective, and natural way to resolve health problems with a mind-body stress component.

  2. In an approach known as NEAT, or neuro-emotional anti-sabotage technique. This process allows an individual to identify a limiting subconscious belief, understand its source and resolve it. It works on the physiology of the psychology.
